If you’ve wanted to know more about this art of self-defense and why so many are practicing it for health benefits, join Assoc. Prof. Lau Tang Ching, NAF’s Chairman and trained Tai Chi instructor for over 10 years, at our free Tai Chi session on Saturday, 27 April at 10am.
Assoc. Prof. Lau is a Consultant Rheumatologist in the Division of Rheumatology, University Medicine Cluster in the National University Hospital (NUH). He will expound the concepts of Tai Chi and its positive effects on your wellness, and lead participants through a 45 minutes Tai Chi session.
At the end of this sessions, you may also sign up for weekly Tai Chi sessions led by Assoc. Prof. Lau.
