If experiencing joint stiffness is a daily routine for you, join us for this workshop to take home some useful tools to help relief the pain.
Regular, gentle repetitive movements of all the joints of the body increases the synovial fluid in the joints bringing ease and warmth. We will progressively work through all the ROMs (Range of Motion) of each joint. Providing a complete whole-body routine. Increase the mobility and looseness of the joints and a daily practice of these stretches can often provide effective pain relief too.
We will also explore energy movement through the body – how we increase it; where it is stored; how we channel it for healing.

Sarah Manning first moved to Singapore in 1988. She was a design engineer. She has been teaching yoga for the last 24 years. Her yoga teaching style is nurturing, educational and safe.
