Dr Anindita Santosa
Chairman
Dr Anindita Santosa is a Consultant Rheumatologist and Medical Director at Aaria Rheumatology. Prior to starting her current role, she was Head and Consultant at the Division of Rheumatology at Changi General Hospital.
She is a strong proponent of patient and public education and believes that all patients and caregivers should have access to good-quality information, resources and clinical care. It is this believe that has led her to collaborate with various entities to develop screening tools and virtual assistants for patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases.
Dr Santosa graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2008 and obtained her Royal College of Physicians (UK) membership in 2013. She completed her Rheumatology senior residency at Tan Tock Seng Hospital in 2016 and became a fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore in 2017. Dr Santosa also holds a Master of Science in Allergy (Imperial College, London, UK).
Ms Lisa Yeoh
Deputy Chairman
Ms Lisa Yeoh is an ICF credentialed Executive, Leadership and Career Coach at Ingeus. She previously held senior executive roles including Asia Pacific Vice President and Managing Director at MNCs in the life sciences and medtech sectors. Her extensive experience spans strategy development, business transformation, leadership and culture development, inclusion, diversity, and social impact.
Ms Yeoh was appointed as a NAF Board member in 2021. She also currently serves as President Elect on the International Coaching Federation Singapore Chapter board, and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Her past board experience includes being a Governor at the American Chamber of Commerce and President of the pharmaceutical industry association.
Ms Yeoh holds the Senior Accredited Board Director MSID, SID-SRAD credential, Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from University of Malaya, MBA and executive education from Dubuque, Harvard and Simmons universities, USA.
Mr Justus Chua

Mr Justus Chua is currently the Regional Head of Legal & Compliance for the region of ASEAN, South Korea, Australia & New Zealand (ASKAN) at Boehringer Ingelheim, the world's largest privately held pharmaceutical company and ranks among the top global biopharmaceutical companies. Justus leads and collaborates with a high-functioning team of in-house legal and compliance professionals across the region providing strategic legal and compliance guidance.
Mr Chua is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He has previously spent time in private legal practice, specializing in commercial and criminal litigation, insolvency litigation, and commercial arbitration.
Mr Chua was appointed to the NAF Board in May 2026.
Ms Fang Lee Wei
Treasurer
Ms Fang Lee Wei has over 25 years of professional experience. She is currently Executive Director and Co-founder of Acelyr Advisory Pte Ltd. She was previously CFO at a leading pharma & consumer healthcare group and a large oil refinery. Prior to this, she held senior finance roles with a few other SGX Mainboard-listed companies in various industries.
She is currently a Board member and Audit Committee Chair at The Compassionate Network, dedicated to supporting caregivers of patients with advanced illnesses in a structured and professional process.
Ms Fang holds a Master of Commerce (International Business) from University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Singapore Institute of Directors.
Mr Yeong Wai Teck

Mr Yeong Wai Teck is the Managing Director of Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd, which he established in 2002.
Mr Yeong has been actively serving in the People’s Association Grassroots as an Executive member in the Citizens’ Consultative Committee and Community Club Management Committee since 2004. In honour of his dedicated service, he was conferred the PBM in 2008 and subsequently a BBM in 2013. As a Board member at the National Arthritis Foundation, Mr Yeong has served as fundraising chairman.
Mr Yeong graduated from the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) with a Masters in Entrepreneurship.
Mr Felix Wang
Member
Mr Felix Wang is the Group CFO for Geomotion Group and the Group CFO for Wanthorpe Family Office. He was previously the General Manager (Bucho) at Itochu Plastics and various business entities within the Itochu Group for over two decades. An internationally experienced CPA qualified CFO, he has been consistently delivering on corporate board requirements through his expertise in corporate governance, financial reporting, and tax solutions. He has also managed various business entities over US$100M, opened green field operations in ASEAN, completed key corporate acquisitions and was involved in the successful IPO placement of Omni Plus Systems in Tokyo Stock Exchanges that resulted in double digit valuations.
Mr Wang was appointed as NAF Board Member in November 2020.
He graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) degree and holds a CPA from Australia CPA.
Adj Asst Prof Margaret Ma

Adj Asst Prof Margaret Ma is a Senior Consultant in the Division of Rheumatology, Department of Medicine at the National University Hospital. She is also an Assistant Professor at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Before joining National University Hospital in 2019, she worked at King’s College Hospital in the UK as a Rheumatology Consultant and she had also spent time as a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Rheumatology at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital (UCH), USA.
Adj Asst Prof Ma obtained a distinction in her medical degree (MBBS) from King's College London and underwent her junior doctor training at St Thomas and Guy's Hospital in London. She was also awarded a distinction in her MSc in Rheumatology at King's College London. Subsequently, she was awarded the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Doctoral Research Fellowship to undertake her doctoral thesis in rheumatoid arthritis at King's College London.
Adj Asst Prof Ma was appointed as a NAF Board member in 2021.
Mr Chris Choo
Member
Mr Chris Choo is CEO of Wellton & Trent International. He has more than twenty-eight years of experience in the financial industry, working in auditing, accounting, tax, finance and risk management. He started his career with Deloitte Singapore prior to joining Mazars Singapore in 2006 where he was an audit partner before he left in 2014 to start Wellton & Trent. His experience spans from audit engagements, IPO projects, due diligence assignments and outsourced accounting/tax work, to internal and external audit and various corporate advisory engagements.
From 2007 to 2009, Mr Choo sat on the main and sub-committee of the Financial Statements Review Committee in ISCA reviewing the financial statements of listed and non-listed companies. He joined the NAF Board in 2022.
Mr Choo holds the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) qualification and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).
Ms Prudence Chan

Ms Prudence Chan is the Founder & Clinical Director of Pacific Rehab Group, a Consultant Occupational Therapist registered with Allied Health Profession Council (AHPC) and a Dementia Care Specialist at the firm. She has more than 17 years of clinical and corporate experience in the healthcare sector in Singapore through her involvement in rehabilitation projects at restructured hospitals, community hospitals and community-based settings.
Ms Chan is currently appointed as a Visiting Consultant of the Innovation & Productivity Workgroup of Lions Home for the Elders, and as a Subject Matter Expert to help develop innovative solutions in Dementia with National University of Singapore’s School of Integrative Sciences & Engineering.
She is a graduate of University of Stirling with Masters in Dementia Studies & La Trobe University (Australia) with Bachelor in Occupational Therapy.
Dr Adrian Lau

Dr Adrian Lau is currently practicing at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital as a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon in Singapore with an interest in primary and complex hip and knee arthroplasty. Prior to entering private practice, Dr Lau was a Consultant in Orthopaedic Surgery at Changi General Hospital, where he was also the Director of Hip and Knee Surgery.
He was awarded the Ministry of Health Training Award in 2014 and completed subspecialty training in revision hip and knee surgery at the London Health Sciences Centre in Ontario Canada. He further gained expertise in unicompartmental knee replacements during his second fellowship at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford. He started his own private practice at Hip & Knee Orthopaedics 2021, where he sees patients with hip and knee conditions, including sports injuries and hip and knee arthritis.
Dr Lau became an NAF Board member in October 2024.
Mr Stuart Pearce

Mr Stuart Pearce is currently with ServiceNow as Vice President, Marquee Accounts, Asia Pacific, where he leads strategic engagement with some of the region’s largest enterprises.
Prior to ServiceNow, Mr Pearce founded and led tdglobal, a specialist technology services firm serving financial institutions and government agencies across EMEA and Asia Pacific. He exited the business in 2022. With over 26 years of experience in the information technology industry, Mr Pearce has held leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Earlier in his career, he worked with IBM, MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec) and QAS (acquired by Experian).
Mr Pearce holds an MSc (Management) from the University of Liverpool and serves on the University’s International Advisory Group. He is an Accredited Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
He has been living in Singapore since 2012 with his wife, Michelle. Mr Pearce has a personal interest in advancing arthritis awareness, patient outcomes and sustainable healthcare innovation.
Ms Sheetal Doshi

Ms Sheetal Doshi has approximately 20 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries across the Asia-Pacific region. She is currently the Managing Director of VSRS Pathways, where she assists life sciences and healthcare organisations in enhancing business models and improving customer experiences through data analytics and global collaboration. Additionally, she serves as a Venture Partner at Maroon Fund, driving investments in longevity, chronic health, and preventive care, and is the Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder at AIGP Health.
Previously, Ms Doshi held senior leadership roles at IQVIA, where she served as the Head of Patient Solutions, and had strategic roles at Janssen, where she developed launch plans for chronic disease indications.
Ms Doshi is deeply committed to amplifying patient voices to inform healthcare policy and improve access to care. She volunteers with the Alliance of Patients' Organizations Singapore (APOS), and is a member of the Patient Engagement Professionals Society (PEPS) and the Women Leaders In Healthcare.
Ms Doshi holds an MBA in Strategy & Technology from Nanyang Technological University, an MSc in Analytical Chemistry from Kingston University, UK, and a BSc in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore.
Dr Wilson Chew

Dr Wilson Chew is a business leader with more than two decades of experience in strategy and governance across Asia. He is the Chairman of J.P. Wilson and previously served as the Lead Partner for Strategy at PwC.
He currently serves on the Central Co-operative Fund Committee at MCCY and has held board appointments across listed companies, professional institutions and charitable organisations, including the Singapore Institute of Directors, where he chaired key committees in regulatory affairs and professional development.
A former Deputy Chairman of the NAF, Dr Chew returns to the Board with a deep appreciation of the Foundation’s vision and a commitment to community impact, bringing strategic insight and leadership to support NAF’s continued advancement.
Dr Chew holds a Juris Doctor (Law, Hons) from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde. He has also completed The Global Board and Governance Program at Harvard Business School.
