Mr Low Beng Tin
President
Mr Low Beng Tin has close to 40 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and marine industries. He is an Independent Director at three SGX-listed companies and a Taiwan-listed company.
In recognition for his contribution to the community, Mr Low was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (The Public Service Medal) in 2004 and the Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (The Public Service Star) in 2009 by the President of Singapore. He has been the President of National Arthritis foundation General Council since 2018.
Mr Low has a Master of Business Administration (Chinese Programme) from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Kelvin Lim

Mr Kelvin Lim is a controlling shareholder of LHN Limited and its Executive Chairman, overseeing the Group’s investment activities, operations and marketing efforts. His experience spans the property leasing business and the logistics services and facilities management business.
Mr Lim is a patron of the Bukit Batok East Citizen’s Consultative Committee, chairman of the Bukit Batok East Community Development Welfare Fund, consultant to the Youth Wing, Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Lim See Tai Chong Soo Kiu Leong Tong Family Association, and a member of the Lions Club of Singapore Nee Soon Mandarin. He is currently Vice-President at NAF’s council.
Mr Lim was awarded the public service medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat “PBM”) in 2012 for his contributions to society.
Ms Amee Parikh
Vice-President
Ms Amee Parikh is currently a Director at Amansa Capital Pte Ltd, overseeing its corporate governance and risk management systems. She has over 20 years of experience as a corporate law and finance consultant.
Ms Parikh is a non-executive director of not-for-profit organisations in India and Singapore where she contributes towards fundraising, capacity building and donor relations. She joined the NAF Board in 2019.
In addition to her graduate degree in finance, Ms. Parikh holds a Master in Public Administration from National University of Singapore and a FT Non-Executive Director Diploma. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, ICSA.
Adj A/Prof Bernard Thong
Vice-President
Adjunct Associate Professor Bernard Thong has been practising as a specialist in rheumatology since 2002. He is presently Chairman, Medical Board at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), NHG Health; and Adjunct Associate Professor at LKCMedicine, Nanyang Technological University. He has held other leadership positions in local and regional rheumatology and allergy/immunology associations including the Singapore Society of Rheumatology and the Chapter of Rheumatologists, Singapore. He is actively involved in leadership development in public sector healthcare, medical education and nurturing the next generation of rheumatologists. In recognition for his contribution to healthcare, he was awarded the National Day Award Public Administration (Bronze) in 2023.
He has contributed to rheumatology patient support groups, including as past council member (2011-2015) of the National Arthritis Foundation where he helped set up the Biologics Patient Assistance Fund; and past-council member of Lupus Association (Singapore).
He graduated from the National University of Singapore and completed his fellowship in Clinical Immunology and Allergy in Southampton, United Kingdom in 2022.
Mr Benjamin Gaw

Mr Benjamin Gaw is a Director at Drew & Napier in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups, as well as Head, Healthcare & Life Sciences – Corporate & Regulatory. He is also a member of the Telecommunications Media and Technology and Information Technology Practice Group and the Employment Practice Group at the firm.
Mr Gaw serves as a Board member at the National Arthritis Foundation.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore with LL.B. (Hons) and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2009. In addition, he attained a Specialist Diploma in Molecular Biotechnology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Dr Anindita Santosa

Dr Anindita Santosa is a Consultant Rheumatologist and Medical Director at Aaria Rheumatology. Prior to starting her current role, she was Head and Consultant at the Division of Rheumatology at Changi General Hospital.
She is a strong proponent of patient and public education and believes that all patients and caregivers should have access to good-quality information, resources and clinical care. It is this believe that has led her to collaborate with various entities to develop screening tools and virtual assistants for patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases.
Dr Santosa graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2008 and obtained her Royal College of Physicians (UK) membership in 2013. She completed her Rheumatology senior residency at Tan Tock Seng Hospital in 2016 and became a fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore in 2017. Dr Santosa also holds a Master of Science in Allergy (Imperial College, London, UK).
Ms Fang Lee Wei

Ms Fang Lee Wei has over 25 years of professional experience. She is currently Executive Director and Co-founder of Acelyr Advisory Pte Ltd. She was previously CFO at a leading pharma & consumer healthcare group and a large oil refinery. Prior to this, she held senior finance roles with a few other SGX Mainboard-listed companies in various industries.
She is currently a Board member and Audit Committee Chair at The Compassionate Network, dedicated to supporting caregivers of patients with advanced illnesses in a structured and professional process.
Ms Fang holds a Master of Commerce (International Business) from University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Singapore Institute of Directors.
