Mr Low Beng Tin has close to 40 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and marine industries. He is an Independent Director at three SGX-listed companies and a Taiwan-listed company.
In recognition for his contribution to the community, Mr Low was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (The Public Service Medal) in 2004 and the Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (The Public Service Star) in 2009 by the President of Singapore. He has been the President of National Arthritis foundation General Council since 2018.
Mr Low has a Master of Business Administration (Chinese Programme) from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Sin Boon Ann is currently a Consultant with Drew & Napier LLC. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Managing Director of the Corporate & Finance Department and the Co-head of the Capital Markets Practice in Drew & Napier LLC for 17 years.
Mr Sin was a Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC from 1996 to 2011. In recognition of his constant support and contributions to the Labour Movement, Mr Sin received the NTUC May Day Award – “Distinguished Service Award” in 2018, “Meritorious Service Award” in 2013 and “Friends of Labour Award” in 2003. In addition, in appreciation of his valuable public services rendered to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Mr Sin was conferred the Singapore National Day Award - “The Public Service Star (Bintang Bakti Masyarakat)” in 2018 and “The Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat)” in 2013 by the President of Singapore.
Mr Sin received his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Laws from the University of London.
Mr Kelvin Lim is a controlling shareholder of LHN Limited and its Executive Chairman, overseeing the Group’s investment activities, operations and marketing efforts. His experience spans the property leasing business and the logistics services and facilities management business.
Mr Lim is a patron of the Bukit Batok East Citizen’s Consultative Committee, chairman of the Bukit Batok East Community Development Welfare Fund, consultant to the Youth Wing, Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Lim See Tai Chong Soo Kiu Leong Tong Family Association, and a member of the Lions Club of Singapore Nee Soon Mandarin. He is currently Vice-President at NAF’s council.
Mr Lim was awarded the public service medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (“PBM”)) in 2012 for his contributions to society.
Dr. Wong Kar King, Founder and CEO of Advanced Holdings Ltd and Advanced Group of Companies (Advanced), started Advanced in 1993, took it public in 2004, building it into a global enterprise. He was awarded the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2014 led by Ernst & Young in Singapore.
Dr. Wong supports the Singapore Cancer Society, Breadline, and sponsors church missions. He shares his experience by mentoring young entrepreneurs. He has been a volunteer in NAF for several years and is currently a Vice-President in its council.
He graduated with a first-class honours’ Bachelor of Science followed by a PhD in engineering from the Queen’s University, United Kingdom.
Mr Zulkifli Mohammed dedicated his career to public service. He was a PAP Member of Parliament from 1984 to 1996, having served in Eunos GRC and Jalan Besar GRC. During his tenure as an MP, he was concurrently appointed as a Political Secretary for Community Development as well as for DPM Goh Chok Tong. After his exit from politics, he held leadership roles in NTUC and affiliated unions. He then assumed the position of Executive Director of NTUC Eldercare Co-operative Limited (1998-2004), after which he became the CEO of Singapore National Co-operatives Federation from 2005 to 2009.
Mr Zulkifli Mohammed joined National Arthritis Foundation as its Executive Director in 2012 and helmed the Foundation till 2016.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore and is married with 3 children.
Mr Lim Khoon Leng spearheads Sprint-Cass’ Duty-Free electronics retail concessions in Singapore, bringing with him over 15 years of experience operating in the Travel Retail industry. In his role, he leads several key business functions including Business Development, Merchandising and Strategy, in both travel retail and distribution businesses. Mr Lim has played a vital role in formulating and executing Sprint-Cass’ core strategy, helping the business to emerge as one of the leading airport retailers in electronics.
Mr Lim has been a council member at NAF since 2017 and was promoted to Vice-President of the council in 2019.
Dr Lau Tang Ching is a Senior Consultant Rheumatologist in the Division of Rheumatology, University Medicine Cluster in the National University Health System. He was appointed as the Vice-Dean (Education) of NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2017 and Group Director of the National University Health System Education Office in 2018.
He is currently the chairman of the National Arthritis Foundation. He graduated from the National University of Singapore and obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Physician in United Kingdom and the Master of Medicine (internal medicine) degree.
He is a fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore since 2001. He also holds a Master of Medical Science degree in Clinical Epidemiology (University of Newcastle, Australia), a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh), and a graduate diploma in acupuncture (Singapore).
Mr Benjamin Gaw is a Director at Drew & Napier in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups, as well as Head, Healthcare & Life Sciences – Corporate & Regulatory. He is also a member of the Telecommunications Media and Technology and Information Technology Practice Group and the Employment Practice Group at the firm.
Mr Gaw serves as a Board member at the National Arthritis Foundation.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore with LL.B. (Hons) and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2009. In addition, he attained a Specialist Diploma in Molecular Biotechnology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
