Executive Team

The Executive Team is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Foundation and to provide administrative/secretarial support to the Board and other NAF stakeholders.

Mr Gerald Koh

Executive Director

Mr Gerald Koh has taken on entrepreneurial stints in addition to roles in MNCs, locally-listed companies and start-ups, with robust track record in C-level consultative selling, formulating and implementing business plans across various industries including the industrial, integrated resorts and e-business sectors. Having developed core skills around ATL & BTL Marketing, Analytics, and Digital Marketing in the for-profit space, he now employs these skillsets into the social service sector, driving an eco-system that revolves around human compassion, technology, and educational resources to add value to the lives in our community.

Gerald has been with National Arthritis Foundation since 2018, initialising fundraising campaigns, generating new programmes that help to empower individuals to better cope with arthritis, as well as leading digital transformation within the organisation to increase productivity.

Ms Audrey Koh

Director, Fundraising & Sponsorships

Audrey Koh has over 25 years of extensive marketing experience, specialising in events management. Throughout her career, she has organised successful events that appeal to both mass audiences and affluent individuals, from intimate affairs catering to 20 persons to large-scale events in excess of 5,000. Her prior experience has seen her working at a public-listed company responsible for public relations, an integrated marketing agency, and a design house.

Since 2020, Audrey has dedicated her expertise to the National Arthritis Foundation (NAF), where she focuses on supporting patients in embracing their lives while living with the condition. Her efforts at NAF include implementing innovative awareness programmes and fundraising campaigns to further the Foundation’s mission, always aiming to set new heights within the organisation with a single-minded goal of doing more for the community. Audrey's work at NAF reflects her commitment to making a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by arthritis.

Ms Serene Ng Hui Ming

Administration Manager

Ms Serene Ng Hui Ming is an Administration Manager in NAF. She has more than 20 years of experience in different roles from multinational companies and SME in Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE.

Being a mother of 2 special needs children, she is very passionate in serving the special needs community where she volunteers and participates in the coaching lessons for special needs students in Tennis Play-Ability programme funded by Sport Singapore on a weekly basis.

Ms. Ng holds a Bachelor of Communications from Monash University and a Diploma in Learning Disorder Management and Child Psychology. She is a certified First Aider and has completed Grade 8 piano where she aims to volunteer teaching piano lessons to the special needs community in time to come.
