Event Info: Tai Chi for Arthritis
Duration of Event: 1 hour weekly class, total 8-12 classes per series
Recommended Audience: All are welcome. Frail seniors (seated class), and mobile participants (standing class)

Tai Chi’s deliberate and controlled movements strengthen muscles, support joint health, and improve balance and body awareness. They are particularly valuable for reducing the risk of falls, enhancing mobility, and improving quality of life for participants across diverse lifestyles.

Our classes are conducted at Active Ageing Centres and other central locations. Register your interest now by filling in the form below and select your preferred venue where you will be keen to join the class. Do note the commencement dates for the respective classes. We will notify you once the programme details have been confirmed.
