Mr Low Beng Tin
President
Mr Low Beng Tin has close to 40 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and marine industries. He is an Independent Director at three SGX-listed companies and a Taiwan-listed company.
In recognition for his contribution to the community, Mr Low was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (The Public Service Medal) in 2004 and the Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (The Public Service Star) in 2009 by the President of Singapore. He has been the President of National Arthritis foundation General Council since 2018.
Mr Low has a Master of Business Administration (Chinese Programme) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Sin Boon Ann
Vice-President
Mr Sin Boon Ann is currently a Consultant with Drew & Napier LLC. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Managing Director of the Corporate & Finance Department and the Co-head of the Capital Markets Practice in Drew & Napier LLC for 17 years.
Mr Sin was a Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC from 1996 to 2011. In recognition of his constant support and contributions to the Labour Movement, Mr Sin received the NTUC May Day Award – “Distinguished Service Award” in 2018, “Meritorious Service Award” in 2013 and “Friends of Labour Award” in 2003. In addition, in appreciation of his valuable public services rendered to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Mr Sin was conferred the Singapore National Day Award - “The Public Service Star (Bintang Bakti Masyarakat)” in 2018 and “The Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat)” in 2013 by the President of Singapore.
Mr Sin received his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Laws from the University of London.

Dr Wong Kar King
Vice-President
Dr Wong Kar King, Founder and CEO of Advanced Holdings Ltd and Advanced Group of Companies (Advanced), started Advanced in 1993, took it public in 2004, building it into a global enterprise. He was awarded the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2014 led by Ernst & Young in Singapore.
Dr Wong supports the Singapore Cancer Society, Breadline, and sponsors church missions. He shares his experience by mentoring young entrepreneurs. He has been a volunteer in NAF for several years and is currently a Vice-President in its council.
He graduated with a first-class honours’ Bachelor of Science followed by a PhD in engineering from the Queen’s University, United Kingdom.

Mr Kelvin Lim
Vice-President
Mr Kelvin Lim is a controlling shareholder of LHN Limited and its Executive Chairman, overseeing the Group’s investment activities, operations and marketing efforts. His experience spans the property leasing business and the logistics services and facilities management business.
Mr Lim is a patron of the Bukit Batok East Citizen’s Consultative Committee, chairman of the Bukit Batok East Community Development Welfare Fund, consultant to the Youth Wing, Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Lim See Tai Chong Soo Kiu Leong Tong Family Association, and a member of the Lions Club of Singapore Nee Soon Mandarin. He is currently Vice-President at NAF’s council.
Mr Lim was awarded the public service medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat “PBM”) in 2012 for his contributions to society.

Mr Benjamin Gaw
Member
Mr Benjamin Gaw is a Director at Drew & Napier in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups, as well as Head, Healthcare & Life Sciences – Corporate & Regulatory. He is also a member of the Telecommunications Media and Technology and Information Technology Practice Group and the Employment Practice Group at the firm.
Mr Gaw serves as a Board member at the National Arthritis Foundation.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore with LL.B. (Hons) and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2009. In addition, he attained a Specialist Diploma in Molecular Biotechnology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Mr Chris Choo
Member
Mr Chris Choo is CEO of Wellton & Trent International. He has more than twenty-eight years of experience in the financial industry, working in auditing, accounting, tax, finance and risk management. He started his career with Deloitte Singapore prior to joining Mazars Singapore in 2006 where he was an audit partner before he left in 2014 to start Wellton & Trent. His experience spans from audit engagements, IPO projects, due diligence assignments and outsourced accounting/tax work, to internal and external audit and various corporate advisory engagements.
From 2007 to 2009, Mr Choo sat on the main and sub-committee of the Financial Statements Review Committee in ISCA reviewing the financial statements of listed and non-listed companies. He joined the NAF Board in 2022.
Mr Choo holds the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) qualification and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

Ms Lisa Yeoh
Member
Ms Lisa Yeoh is an ICF credentialed Executive, Leadership and Career Coach at Ingeus. She previously held senior executive roles including Asia Pacific Vice President and Managing Director at MNCs in the life sciences and medtech sectors. Her extensive experience spans strategy development, business transformation, leadership and culture development, inclusion, diversity, and social impact.
Ms Yeoh was appointed as a NAF Board member in 2021. She also currently serves as President Elect on the International Coaching Federation Singapore Chapter board, and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Her past board experience includes being a Governor at the American Chamber of Commerce and President of the pharmaceutical industry association.
Ms Yeoh holds the Senior Accredited Board Director MSID, SID-SRAD credential, Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from University of Malaya, MBA and executive education from Dubuque, Harvard and Simmons universities, USA.
