Pilates for Arthritis is a gentle, low-impact exercise programme designed to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Through slow, controlled movements and mindful breathing, Pilates helps to strengthen the muscles that support the joints, reduce stiffness, and enhance balance and stability. Suitable for beginners and individuals of all fitness levels, this programme provides a safe and supportive environment to build confidence in movement and improve daily function.
